Finding rest for our bodies and our spirits seems particularly important in
this season of holiday and family, but also in this season of global
discord. Where and how can we find true rest? What helpful gems can be
gathered from Sidi’s teachings? This will be explored in her talk

How to access your class via Zoom technology:

1. Click on the link for your class found above.
2. If you’ve never used Zoom, your computer or other device will need a few
minutes (maximum 5) to download the software automatically.
3. You will be prompted to choose which kind of audio to use (choose
computer audio unless you’re calling in by phone).
4. The Zoom window will have two icons in the lower left hand corner: a
camera and a microphone. These will turn off your video and audio,
respectively. When there is a line through the icon, that setting is
disabled. To change this, just hover and click on the icon you need.
5. You do not have to use your video camera–it is your choice. But it’s
always good to log on a few minutes before the class to assure that it is
not inadvertently turned on or off, and to test your microphone and
speakers.
